in landscaped grounds, this west facing apartment comfortably
sleeps 2 in the living room [2 singles or 1 double] and
2 in the cabin area in the hallway [ 2 full size folding
wall bunks]. All beds can remain made up even when folded
away for the day. The living/dining room is well furnished
with a fully equipped kitchen area with cooker hood and
an additional fold down work surface. Electric kettle and
cafétière. The tiled bathroom has both a thermostatic
Mira shower AND a bath. Large hall cupboard. Central heating
-underfloor/ceiling - the former is great for bare feet!!!
Secure ski and boot storage - within the apartment! Secure
car parking[24hr video surveillance]is available 3mins away
at 31 euros per week. 2 excellent launderettes within 3
mins walk. The ski bus serving the Chamonix valley stops
only 50 metres from the apartment. |

| Arrival
and Departure:
Your rental period runs from 5pm onwards on the day of arrival
until 10am on the day of departure. Our personal concierge
will welcome you and show you anything you need to know
about the apartment. You may arrive at any time after 5pm.
However, for arrivals after 10pm, there is an 'unsocial
hours' charge of between 30 and 40 euros per party to compensate
the concierge for coming out from home so late at night,
in all weather. |

Spring,
Summer and Autumn Activies:
Chamonix is by no means just about winter sports.The whole area
in and around Chamonix is packed with interest and activities
- the 'great outdoors' doesn't get much better than this!! Mountaineering,
walking [easy and difficult], paragliding, mountainbiking [bike
hire available in Chamonix], indoor climbing wall, swimming, wildlife
parks, golf, tennis and much more. We can send you a brochure
when you book if you would like more specific details.
Skiing
Information:
The Chamonix Mont Blanc area is a skier's paradise. The season
is normally long and there are runs to cover all abilities from
easy green to the most extreme off piste challenges as well as
cross country trails. The ski school [children and adults] and
beginners' Savoy piste are at the 'back door' of our apartment.

As this is our first season renting this apartment, we can't give
you testimonials from 'last year's guests'. However, we really
want to give you as personal a service as possible and we promise
to do everything we can to help you to have a wonderful holiday
