Rental Notes
We are offering these prices above as a SPECIAL RATE for our first season's guests. Our prices are INCLUSIVE of :

  • Beds made up on arrival. Good quality bedlinen,duvets and pillows, bath and teatowels - all personal to this apartment.
  • Full size T.V.
  • End of stay clean [except kitchen area and washing up].
  • 'Welcome Pack' with basic food and cleaning essentials.
  • Taxe de sejour - You'd normally have to allow approx £110 per week for 4 people on top of a basic rental to cover all this individually.
  • Discounts of between 15% and 20% for late bookings[from 7/10 days prior to arrival]. You must state 'late booking' on your request to qualify. Reductions also available on bookings of over 2 weeks.
  • Spring, Summer and Autumn prices are in the process of being set. In the interim, please contact us directly.
  • A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to secure the booking - the balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made in either euros or British pounds
